The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence in preparation for such transactions.
The candidate should have excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills and experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm are essential.
