Miami office of our client seeks complex litigation attorney with 3-5 years of law firm experience in arbitration. The candidate should have litigation experience on commercial litigation issues, including breach of contract, tortuous interference with contract, fraudulent transfer, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and/or business disparagement. Must have experience in state and federal courts in Florida and experience preparing, assisting or handling hearings and depositions. Experience in international arbitration is a plus. Should be Spanish speaking while Portuguese is preferred. Must be FL licensed.

Must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills.
