Financial Services Attorney/Senior-Level Associate/Partner

Pittsburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a financial services attorney/senior-level associate/partner with 8 years of legal experience working on commercial loan transactions. The candidate will be secured and unsecured revolving and term loans, Asset-based loans, Commercial real estate term loans and construction loans, Subordinated loan and mezzanine loan transactions, and Equipment finance. Make participations (both on behalf of the lead and on behalf of the participating lenders), Intercreditor arrangements, and perfection of security interests involving a full range of financing.

The candidate must have ability to organize/prioritize, and handle multiple time-sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills. Must maintain existing client relationships and business. Must have the ability to maintain and expand client relationships.
