Immigration Associate Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in immigration matters, including appearances before USCIS and EOIR.
• Advocate for clients with a strong focus on developing creative legal solutions.
• Prepare legal documents such as applications, petitions, briefs, and motions.
• Research immigration laws and develop strategies for successful outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their cases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless case management.
• Travel to various locations to attend hearings, interviews, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Demonstrated passion for immigrant advocacy and client-centered representation.
• Ability to travel for representation in different states.
• High level of energy, commitment to continuous learning, and adaptability.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state.

Skills:

• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with clients and team members.
• Proficient in legal research and case strategy development.
• Experience with or interest in immigration law is highly preferred.
