Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm is seeking midlevel associate with 3+years of executive compensation experience. Candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced environment, well developed legal research skills and experience drafting contracts, award agreements and non-qualified compensation plans. Candidates must be admitted in Illinois or taking steps to become admitted in that jurisdiction.
