Family Law Attorney

Moorestown office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law attorney with some previous experience. The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions. Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on custody, support, and/or equitable distribution actions. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Must have PA and/or New Jersey Bar admissions.

The candidate must have familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
