Albuquerque office of our client seeks an e-discovery/document review attorney with at least 1+ year of personal injury experience. The candidate will assist with e-discovery/document review on mass tort and class action cases. Will assist with discovery activities, primarily document review on hosted platforms. From time to time, may also take on other tasks, including deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting. Perform substantive document review, generally on document review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, etc. Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege. Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. Prior e-discovery/document review experience is preferred. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. A law degree from a fully accredited law school is required.
