Privacy / Cyber Security Health Law Attorney

Indianapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a privacy / cyber security health law attorney with 6-10 years of experience and be well versed in HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, GDPR, FTC privacy, and state data privacy and data breach laws. The candidate will be assisting clients on matters involving: policy assessment and development; workforce and management training; privacy and security audits; business associate agreements; data use/data processing agreements; privacy notice development; compliance with the patient right of access rules; data breach response; breach assessment and notification; and regulatory investigations. Will have the opportunity to work with various types of healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other healthcare providers and organizations.
