Elder Law Attorney

Cary office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an elder law attorney with 3 years of progressive experience primarily focused on the areas of elder law and estate planning, including Medicaid, Veterans Aid & Attendance, Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives. The candidate will work directly with clients in designing and implementing a comprehensive long-term care and estate planning strategy. Will review internally drafted estate planning documents for quality and accuracy. Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor and will communicate with them in an approachable, "plain English" manner. Collaborate with other team members on strategies that best serve clients' interests and provide clients with 5-star service. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Should be experienced with discussing sensitive and delicate matters with clients, including experience conducting one-on-one meetings with clients. Proficient with different software and virtual technology, such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and others needed.
