Santa Rosa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks estate planning attorney with 3-5 years of experience designing plans for high net worth clients, designing and drafting irrevocable trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable split-interest trusts, and grantor retained annuity trusts, as well as experience in complex trust administration. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California. Should have experience with Federal and California state tax law. Knowledge of and/or experience with generation-skipping transfer tax planning needed. Knowledge of and/or experience with fiduciary income tax issues essential. Experience in handling probate matters, including preparing and filing motions and trust litigation, preferred.

The candidate requires superior analytical, communication, drafting, writing, and research skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a team member. Must have demonstrated success in helping to build and manage client relationships and deliverables. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability to interface with clients on a regular basis. Outstanding organizational and time management skills essential. Must be detail oriented. Should have ability to problem solve and work with a variety of personalities and work styles. Must be a self-starter with superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments within a fast-pace environment.
