Cincinnati office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate planning associate attorney with 1-3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be drafting documents. Will work with clients to draft and execute wills, trust, and other estate planning documents. Maintain client relationships, meeting with them to execute documents. Perform legal research and writing. Multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Independently manage cases. Other duties as assigned, such as assisting with other legal matters as needed. Understanding state and federal tax laws, wills, and trusts are required. Knowledge of Ohio Guardianship and Elder Law is needed. Should have experience completing complex estate planning. Must be licensed to practice law and Ohio and/or Kentucky.

The candidate should have Juris Doctor Degree. Must have excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects are required. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are needed. Must have strong organizational skills.
