Flower Mound office of our client seeks an attorney at law with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will handle civil litigation, family law, and probate matters. Will manage a caseload of assigned cases. Independently manage and meet deadlines. Communicate with clients and all relevant parties as necessary. Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. Fairly track a minimum of 100 billable hours per month.

The candidate should have exceptional grammar and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Strong attention to detail needed. Should have the ability to build rapport with clients. Must have the ability to adapt and be responsive to daily change.
