Duties

  • Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes and white-collar investigations

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda in federal and state courts

  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic litigation guidance

  • Take and defend depositions, assist in witness preparation, and attend court hearings

  • Participate in discovery planning, document review, and trial preparation

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and internal teams to manage case strategy

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience in a law firm or government setting

  • Background in complex commercial litigation and/or white-collar criminal defense preferred

  • Judicial clerkship experience encouraged

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and communicate effectively with clients and teams

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited, top-tier law school

  • Strong academic credentials required

Certifications

  • Active member of the California State Bar (required)
