Corporate Associate Attorney

The candidate will be working primarily on US-based transactions, interacting with Firms' attorneys. Should have significant experience running venture capital/early-stage financings and working on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions, in addition to general corporate experience. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of California state.

The candidate should preferably have sophisticated document drafting skills and the ability to manage complex transactions while overseeing the work of more junior associates and paralegals. Must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, and must be comfortable having direct interaction with partners and clients. Strong writing and communication skills are required. Must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school.
