Financial Services (Lending & Transactional) Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a financial services (lending & transactional) attorney with 3-6 years of corporate and/or financial services experience. The candidate's practice includes advising publicly and privately held entities with respect to domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured commercial financings, syndicated lending transactions, and other general corporate matters. Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills and large law firm experience are preferred.

The candidate must have outstanding academic credentials, excellent writing skills.
