The candidate will be depositing, conducting site inspections, attending court hearings, preparing and responding to discovery, and assisting in trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Excellent academic credentials with skills in writing and analysis are needed. Handle their own caseload and build business relationships with clients. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
