Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level litigation and enforcement associate attorney with 3-6 years of proven experience in handling: internal and government investigations, anti-corruption and international risk matters, matters involving white-collar, money laundering, fraud, risk assessment and regulatory work, and complex commercial litigation matters. The candidate will manage a broad range of internal and external investigation tasks into allegations of fraud and bribery, including conducting witness interviews, advising clients on strategy and logistical coordination for global investigations and risk assessment and evaluation of compliance programs. Will also assist firm clients, in high-risk jurisdictions, by conducting pre-acquisition anti-corruption diligence and assisting with post-acquisition implementation of compliance controls. Experience working at a large US law firm or at a Brazilian law firm is preferred. Should have excellent knowledge in global anti-bribery laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (FCPA). Fluency in Portuguese is required.
