Mid-level Real Estate/Finance Associate Attorney

The candidate should have experience in real estate acquisition and finance, commercial lending, commercial secured transactions, and real estate investment. Must have experience working with financial institutions and is ready to hit the ground running by assisting clients with drafting and negotiating debt and security documents as well as purchase and sale agreements, analyzing title reports, due diligence, and managing escrow closings. Membership in the Oregon State Bar Association or qualification for reciprocity is required. California State Bar license is a plus.
