Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks health law associate attorney with 2-3 years of transactional experience. The candidate will be working with other firm attorneys on all aspects of transactions, including drafting and commenting on transaction documents, performing health care regulatory due diligence, analyzing transaction structures to assess compliance with health care regulatory requirements. Will be supervising more junior associates and paralegals working on the transactions, coordinating with clients and other outside counsel, and taking the lead on items requiring follow-up. Conducting fraud and abuse analyses and drafting/reviewing contracts with health care regulatory implications. Experience researching, analyzing, and advising on Medicaid and Medicare A, B, C, and/or D requirements as well as state and federal fraud and abuse laws (the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the False Claims Act, similar state laws) is required. Experience representing clients in a variety of transactions (including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, and joint ventures) and drafting contracts is strongly preferred.

The candidate must possess a strong academic background.
