Public Finance Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks public finance associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will join industry-leading public finance practice. Must have experience working on complex, multi-party transactions, and experience or interest in public finance. Experience with public finance transactions and securities laws is a plus. General real estate or corporate law practitioners will also be considered. Active Bar admission is preferred.
