Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid to senior level energy associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience in development of renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on both the buy and sell-side of power purchase agreements and virtual power purchase agreements. The candidate should preferably have other renewable energy transactional experience, including with EPC and equipment supply agreements, project finance, tax equity financing and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions.
The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and potential for business development and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues.
