Mid to Senior level Energy Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have other renewable energy transactional experience, including with EPC and equipment supply agreements, project finance, tax equity financing and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions.

The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and potential for business development and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues.
