Litigation Associate Attorney

Sudbury office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience. The candidates responsibilities will include research, drafting discovery and motion papers, drafting memoranda to attorneys and clients, motion practice, and assistance with trial preparation and representation. Work on matters that may include construction contract disputes, defense of Attorney General and Department of Labor investigations, and some employment litigation. Must be licensed in Massachusetts. Admission to the bar of another New England state is a plus. Experience in civil litigation is strongly preferred. Background or interest in construction litigation, employment litigation, or business litigation preferred. Experience in insurance defense matters is a plus.
