Fort Washington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a managing litigation attorney with experience. The candidate will be managing the firms litigation department. Will work with and assist in the supervision of paralegals and support staff. Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed. Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution. Develop and grow client relations. Must have detailed knowledge of the law and extensive experience related to creditors rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation). Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters is required. Should have knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes. Must be NJ and PA barred for 10+ years. 5+ years of experience in Creditors Rights is required.

The candidate should have exercised a high degree of professionalism. Must have creative problem-solving; client development; leadership, and motivational skills. Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills are needed. The ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence is required. Bachelors Degree required. J.D. from an accredited law school.
