The candidate will attend court proceedings (trials, motion hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. Draft pleading, motions, discovery, memoranda of law, and appellate briefs. Meet and confer with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Must have an active license to practice law in the state of employment.

The candidate must have a J.D from an accredited law school. Must have positive Interpersonal Relationships. Must have effective time management skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability to read, analyze and interpret complex legal and business documents. Must have ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Must have ability to work independently and collaborate with others. Must have oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
