Civil Law Attorney

St. Augustine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks civil law attorney preferably 4-10 years of practice experience. The candidate will be working in 3 broad areas: Civil litigation involving, for example, contract, real estate, and business disputes; Small Business advice, contract review, contract and instrument drafting, and Sale of Business transactions; and pre-suit Attorney demand and negotiation on behalf of clients. Moot Court, Negotiation Team, or Law Review a plus. Must be admitted to practice law in Florida state courts.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prefer law graduates who were in the top 30% or better of their class. The firm offers eligibility for consideration for 4-day work week / 3-day weekend schedule after 1st year; Generally 11-12 Holidays per year; Vacation leave and Sick time off; offer a small office and collegial work environment.
