The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications, advise clients in relation to patent portfolio management, infringement, and patentability issues, as well as assist in patent oppositions and/or patent litigation. Must have postgraduate qualifications in biotechnology (Ph.D.-level).
The candidate must have strong analytical ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills are needed.
