Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks biotech-life science patent prosecution / scientist or patent agent with 2+ years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for life sciences, biotech or pharmaceuticals inventions; and/or experience in biotech commercialization, such as university tech transfer, or industry commercialization/regulatory compliance. The candidate must have an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in biochemistry, cell and molecular biology, molecular genetics, microbiology or comparable degree. Previous law firm or industry experience and current Patent Bar membership is preferred, however strong scientific backgrounds who have not passed the Patent Bar exam will be considered.
