Employment Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate should have experience in a wide variety of employment matters, including litigation defense of wage and hour class actions, discrimination and retaliation matters; drafting motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions, and advising clients on company policies and procedures and on key legal risks involving client employment practices. Experience developing and implementing training programs and auditing programs for employers is a plus. Excellent legal writing and research skills are required. California Bar membership in good standing is essential.
