Atlanta office of our client seeks closing attorney with 1+ year of experience of high volume residential closing background. The candidate will handle all aspects of a residential real estate closing. Will handle title review, title and closing related document preparation, conduct closings, and develop client relationships. Will also assist with other duties and special projects as needed. Must have active Georgia Bar license.
The candidate must have J.D. degree from an accredited law school and demonstrated title knowledge. Client management skills and ability to get along with closing team are essential. Must be proficient in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Should be able to identify and solve issues in a timely manner while maintaining calm demeanor. Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary. Must be extremely organized and be able to multi-task. Should be conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance. Must take initiative in face of obstacles and identify what needs to be done and takes action. Demonstrated commitment to firm's vision, mission, and core values is needed. Should be analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking. Must develop professional relationships and build rapport with others. Should have overall good work ethic and willingness to adapt to change.
