The ideal candidate will assist in handling cases involved in the defense of trucking companies and their drivers. Will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Provide legal support including investigation, discovery, depositions and trial. Maintain client relationships with trucking companies and insurance carriers. Prepare status reports, case analysis and evaluation of bodily injury claims. A background or interest in transportation will be very helpful. Strong legal knowledge and willingness to be proactive in the defense of the trucking industry needed. Missouri and Illinois Bar Admission essential.
