Complex liability Associate Attorney Needed for Saint Louis Office

Saint Louis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a complex liability associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. 3+ years of experience in complex liability is preferred. Experience in the following practice areas insurance, personal injury, premises, and product liability is desired. Insurance coverage experience highly is preferred. The candidate will research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations, particularly on insurance coverage and extra-contractual issues. Handle depositions of parties, witnesses, treating physicians, and experts. Draft and argue routine and substantive motions. Attend court hearings in several different counties and courthouses and by Zoom. Prepare status and trial strategy reports for clients. Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and answering interrogatories, production requests, and requests to admit. Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law. Must be in good standing with the Missouri Bar; Illinois Bar is preferred.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required. Must have strong writing skills.
