Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks community associations attorney with 5-10 years of experience. The candidate will be responsive to client needs and requests. Will communicate with Community Associations boards and managers. Provide corporate guidance to condo and HOA boards and managers. Comfortable handling and reviewing association collections, violations, and other lawsuits independently. Draft and review contracts, corporate documents, and community associations documents and amendments. Develop and manage a book of business. An existing book of business is preferred.

The candidate should have good client relationship and management skills. Should have strong academic background. Excellent research, interpersonal, and communication skills needed.

This Florida-based law firm was established over 30 years ago. The firm concentrates on commercial litigation and commercial transactions. A few practice groups include bankruptcy-creditors' rights, commercial collections and real property-lending. The firm employs a fairly large team of adept lawyers.
