Mid-level Construction and Design Associate Attorney

The candidate will work on a number of construction and design contracts, using different project delivery systems, as well as a wide variety of litigation matters related to construction projects, both public and private. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills such as ability to build and maintain relationships with the local business community. Must have an active membership in or commitment to applying for the Oregon State Bar.
