Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate should have experience with employment litigation in state and federal courts; administrative practice before local, state, and federal agencies; transactional matters involving labor and employment issues. Advice and counseling are preferred. Experience in traditional labor matters, including labor arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges would be a plus. An active Bar license is preferred.
