Duties

• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, depositions, and mediation.
• Maintain information in the firm's computer management database.
• Handle motions, contested hearings, and trials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
• Prior experience or strong interest in Family Law and Personal Injury.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to work closely with clients and manage cases independently.
• Local candidate preferred for easy accessibility to the office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
