Somerset office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 8-10 years of prior law firm experience. The candidate will handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters. Will maintain a litigation portfolio for New Jersey and New York cases. Handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials. Assist in creating and maintaining weekly litigation reports and assist in transactional projects related to mortgage servicing, including traveling to various locations nationwide, as necessary. Should have large law firm experience. Consumer finance litigation experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
