ERISA Attorney

Cincinnati office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an ERISA attorney with 5 years of experience in employee benefit plan matters, health and welfare benefit plans, and qualified retirement plans. The candidate should have a portable book of business. Must have experience in handling employee benefit plan clients regarding administrative and operational issues; ERISA claims, Affordable Care Act compliance, tax, and other regulatory compliance; fiduciary issues; investment issues; plan design and drafting; plan qualification; general consultation; as well as handling benefit plan-related litigation, withdrawal liability, etc. Must be an active member in good standing of the Ohio Bar. Being licensed in Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus.

The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-approved law school.
