Worker's Compensation Attorney

Mt. Laurel office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a worker's compensation attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will be evaluating new files, client communications, discovery production, researching and preparing legal memoranda on various areas of law, preparing and arguing discovery, substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals, and attending pretrial listings, Motions, and trials. Insurance defense experience desired. Should maintain an active license in good standing in New Jersey.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in time management, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume, fast-paced, and collegial work environment. Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
