Mid-Level Transactional Associate Attorney

Newark office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level transactional associate attorney with 5 years of relevant corporate transactional experience. The candidate should preferably have prior mergers and acquisitions experience on the buyer side and seller side (such as experience drafting and negotiating asset, stock, merger, employment, escrow, LLC operating, shareholder, and other agreements typically relevant in these types of transactions) as well as strong corporate formation and commercial contracting experience. Should preferably have exhibited the highest level of legal and practical problem-solving skills, strong oral presentation and drafting ability, and client relations acumen. Must possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication and writing skills, excellent drafting skills, and strong corporate transactional/regulatory experience. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in New Jersey is mandatory.
