Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level energy associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience. The candidate should have 3+ years of energy practice experience, as well as some state and federal regulatory litigation experience. Experience in the areas of the energy industry (especially regarding nuclear power) transactions, regulation, generation, and/or transportation is preferred. Strong technical skills, particularly knowledge of nuclear power operations, would also be an advantage. Should preferably be a member of the District of Columbia and/or Virginia Bar.
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Should preferably have excellent interpersonal communication and interrogative skills, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of ethics and conduct codes.
