Environmental Corporate Associate Attorney

Parsippany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an environmental corporate associate attorney with 5-8 years of real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in environmental transaction and regulatory compliance issues related to real estate development and business transactions, including environmental due diligence and compliance, ISRA compliance, water and wetlands, site remediation, environmental permitting, environmental cost recovery, and experience engaging with environmental regulatory bodies. NJ Bar admission in good standing is essential.

The candidate should have excellent technical, legal research, professional, and client service skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills. Must be team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration. Should have effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs.
