Litigation Associate Attorney

Orangeburg office of our client seeks a litigation associate attorney with some prior experience. The candidate will be responsible for commercial and construction matters. Will draft and manage discovery issues. Independently conduct research, draft memorandum of law, affidavits and affirmations, and make appearances in Lower Hudson Valley, New York City, and NJ courts. Must be admitted to New York.

The candidate must have analytical thinking, and exceptional writing and proofreading skills. The ability to work on multiple matters with firm deadlines is required. Basic knowledge and familiarity with court procedure and trial rules is essential.
