Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level associate attorney with 3-5 years of insolvency experience. The candidate must have the experience to sufficiently assist with reviewing the work of a junior associate and function independently while coordinating and communicating effectively with the partner in charge of the client. Should preferably have exposure to complex business restructuring and chapter 11 bankruptcy matters. Should be admitted to either the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas or the State Bar of Texas. Current or prior employment with an AmLaw 100 firm is a plus. Prior appearance before the Houston bankruptcy court is also a plus.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from a nationally recognized law school with a high level of academic achievement. Excellent organizational, analytical, writing, and interpersonal communication skills are required. A strong work ethic, leadership skills and commitment to growing their practice, network and expertise are needed.
