The candidate must have a proven track record of solid legal ability. Senior practitioners with a full or partially portable client base will also be considered.

The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a pragmatic, and cost-effective approach to servicing clients. Effective practice management skills are essential.
