Real Estate Associate Attorney

Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate associate attorney with 3+ years of experience and specific expertise in project finance. The candidate will serve in multi-disciplinary transactions, including the acquisition, construction, development, disposition, financing, and leasing of real estate, and the structuring of joint ventures and public-private partnerships. Will work directly with partners and senior associates, with extensive mentorship. Must be a member or be eligible to become a member of the Texas Bar.

The candidate should have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school and exceptional oral, written and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail, and should be ambitious/highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and leadership skills, an interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility, good business and strategic judgment, and an ability to handle day-to-day demands and workflow of working in a team-orientated and dynamic environment. Must have a juris doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent from an accredited U.S. law school.
