Kirkland office of our client seeks business, real estate, and estate planning attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will serve in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, employment law and civil litigation in the areas of probate, real estate, and business. Will also help supervise the firms Real Estate and Business Law Closing Department, which closes business opportunities, residential properties, commercial properties, and refinances. Washington State Bar admission is required.

Must have strong computer skills; and willingness and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Verbal and written communication skills; Professional demeanor; Attention to detail; Ability to take the initiative; Reliable; and Ability to maintain client confidences.
