Vienna office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks patent agent with preferably 2+ years of prior experience in patent prosecution in the field of electrical circuits and software. The candidate will be prosecuting U.S. patent applications in semiconductor, software, and secondary battery fields. Will be drafting patent applications, primarily revising applications prepared by foreign law firms to conform to U.S. styles, conducting interviews with inventors and examiners, and preparing responses to office actions. Should have BS or MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering or Computer Science. USPTO Bar is required.
