Walnut Creek office of our client seeks patent prosecution attorney with preferably 2-4 years of experience. The candidate should possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Must be USPTO-registered. Should have experience in preparing and prosecuting optics and electrical engineering-related applications. California or Washington Bar members are preferred. A Ph.D or Masters degree in physics or electrical engineering, as well as experience in optics, sensors, image processing, and machine learning is preferred.

Must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills.
