Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience handling substantive matters in all aspects of the formation and operation of private equity, private credit, real estate, and similar private funds. The candidate should have experience drafting fund-related documentation, including partnership and operating agreements, PPMs, and subscription documents. Must have strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team, and be detail-oriented and self-motivated.

This mid-sized Boston offices practice is transactional in nature and focused on banking and real estate finance, development, and leasing. Attorneys represent domestic banks, investment banks, and U.S. branches of major European, Scandinavian and Japanese banking organizations.
