Boise office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3+ years of family law experience. The candidate will represent clients in Family Law, draft legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions including Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Paternity. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients with issues relating to Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Paternity. Advise clients in all areas of Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Paternity. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Attend hearings, mediations and trials. Ability to handle full case load efficiently. Focus on representing the rights of fathers in family law disputes. Must currently be licensed to practice in Idaho. Should have familiarity with various legal documents.

The candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
